    Robinson is a prospect to look out for in the class of 2010. He's a 6'1 185lb WR that runs a 4.5 40. Great leaping abilitly and runs smooth routes. He started every game for Canton South as a sophomore and had a pretty good season. He's already getting attention from Big10 schools.

    OSU has his film and Robinson did very well at the Akron summer camp. It's a little too early to say right now.

    To be fair to CS, Devoe went to Massillon for his senior year. Devon Torrence is a product of Canton South and he's just fine. Plus Robinson is an excellent student. So I doubt there will be much to worry about with him.

    Buckeyes Interested In Jerald Robinson.................Robinson visited tOSU for the Michigan game and was impressed. Life long Buckeye fan. Illinois, Oregon, Indiana, Kentucky and Louisville are in contact. Lists his top three schools as tOSU, Illinois and Oregon.

    Robinson enjoyed Junior Day............Robinson enjoyed his trip to tOSU and the staff has indicated his academics are good and a decision on making an offer would be made in the spring.

    I think he is the best wide receiver prospect in Ohio and most likely will be a top 100 player nationally.......

    Robinson And Buckeyes Talk Scholarship Offer.............Robinson spent time with Coach Bollman on his recent visit to tOSU and he was asked to come back in the spring and camp in the summer. Ohio State, Illinois, Oregon and Michigan State are his schools of interest.

    First Offer For Robinson..................Michigan has offered. Robinson has Michigan at the top at this point and is intrigued by possibly playing up north. Ohio State, West Virginia, Purdue, and Illinois are also involved. Indicates he will attend summer camps at Michigan State and Ohio State.

    That would be quick indeed, you don't think this is anything like Fellows, if he were to committ that quickly? He just wants to make sure he's committed to a major university sort of deal or something...

    Just an educated guess but with a 17-20 class.........which means limited scholies..........the WR class we brought in combined with returing players and last but not least, possibly he was not their #1 target on their board for that position.......
