Urban Meyer says the running game is “discouraging a little bit,” but notes Ohio State is 7-0 and has over 400 yards passing the past two weeks.

 

Minnesota came in to the Shoe, with a walk-on freshman, freshman running back and two freshman offensive lineman...…..

That being said they did come in here with the 21st ranked defense nationally...…….

 

Urban Meyer noted that Ohio State was without five starters for most of today’s game: Nick Bosa, Malik Harrison and Jonathon Cooper didn’t play, and Damon Arnette and Robert Landers left the game early too.

Urban Meyer: “I was disappointed in the run (defense).” Also says the pass defense is “not a strength right now.”

 

Meyer said Ibrahim rushing for 157 yards was “unacceptable.” Said coming out and shutting #Minnesota out in the second half was a good step.
