There is no way in hell a coach as qualified as Gundy would leave his current school for Tennessee.

So ... you have to hire a big-name guy, and any big-name that is currently employed would be out of their minds to go anywhere near that dumpster fire.

If I were Tennessee, I’d reach out to Will Healy at Austin Peay. I have met him a few times and what he has done at that school is incredible! He’s a young up-and-comer. Great coach and his players love him!
