#OhioState to hire former Indiana head coach Kevin Wilson as offensive coordinator.https://t.co/niTzhI7YPD pic.twitter.com/OkP6poZnp2— Bucknuts (@Bucknuts247) January 3, 2017
Ive seen some people bring up his exit from IU, everything Ive read sounds like it was blown way out of proportion. Hell they kept the rest of his staff he never turned him in.
I'm not worried about those stories at all. For one Wilson will be under the microscope plus I don't see Meyer letting any of it happen.
This is grand slam hire! I scared the hell out of me because of its offense. I could see him sticking around for a while, too. This may sound blasphemous right now, but Kevin Wilson may be a better offensive mind that Tom Herman.
I'm not gonna lie I am pumped up over this!!!!! I don't know how many times I would watch Tevin Coleman and that offense just roll and say damn that is what we need!!!!! SUPER EXCITED!!!!!!! YES YES YES Buckeyes on social media criticizing this....SHUT UP
Listening to Wilson at a Coaching Clinic last year, one thing is for sure. We MUST find a TE/Y he loves getting that guy involved in the offense. If we can find a Pass threat that can block as well, Wilson will pump out NFL TE and OSU may become TEU aswell
AJ Alexander! I am really high on that guy and think he has Delanie Walker potential if used properly.
I just echo what everybody else said. This guy is a legit OC, look what he did when he was at Oklahoma. Look what he did at Indiana, think about what he can do with a team with true legit game breaking talent at every position.
I'm surprised Urban hasn't brought in an offensive threat TE like he had at FL. He seems to have Belichicks same philosophy with the TE position. This type of offense and the way the rules are set up now it is a must.
It's going on 20 years now that OSU fans discuss wanting to use the TE more in the offense. I don't think we've had an offense where we consistently used a TE since the Ricky Dudley and John Lumpkin days.
this video brings my anger back. All season we've made money off of running the ball between the tackles north and south. Such a shame we abandoned it too often
