What's a shame is I feel sorry for Samuel. When will they understand that he was the way to the finish line.

Young team was exposed tonight, along with our offensive staff. Oline couldnt block, wr couldnt get open, and JT has not made progress he should

Defensivly we followed the offensive lead and got conservative before half and it cost us.

Our special teams has never been as bad as they were in the 4th quarter

Meyer has to own up to alot of it. This team was not prepared. I know we are young but no way our best football should of been played in week 3

Are you kidding. He couldn't complete a forward pass if his life depended on it. There is something wrong with JT's shoulder, not soldier, or hips. No zip on the ball like earlier this year. Something is wrong.

Did you watch the game? JT had defensive linemen in his face 80% of the time he was throwing. Try throwing with that.

Curtis had 2, 2 freaking carries. Whats most frustrating is that next week vs NW he'll get 20

Yes he had the D in his face because they knew he could complete the forward pass beyond 5 yards.

I think I'm with Tex here.

He can't throw a clean ball 20 yards. Every deep ball is lofted and inaccurate, to get any zip he needs walk into the throw. His arm strength is undeniably an issue. O-line may be the bigger issue, but for goodness sakes can we quit acting like JT Barrett is infallible?

He had a lot of time in the pocket in the first half, before #90 got on the field. He also had time to operate against Indiana and Bucky. He's not hitting his first or second read, so his most successful pass plays (since Oklahoma) have been broken plays. I guess we could assume that receivers just aren't doing their jobs, since TV never shows you the receivers unless they get thrown to. I have my doubts. I don't think JT has confidence in his arm.

Are your crazy. This season is over for the playoff's. This team goes as far as Samuel goes. Don't give him the ball and they are not winning, Because Barrett isn't going to doing it.

I've been in California the last 10 days and i'm out drinking my sorrows away.....

From what I saw the entire OL got dominated all night. Some questionable play calling but in the end the OL did not give JT the time needed to throw and did not help the running game in the 2nd half. Definitely PI on Clark but in all honesty I don't think it would've mattered.

Still a lot to play for this season though.

Time to pick up the pieces one day at a time, and get better every day.

There's still plenty to play for. Lick the wounds today, and get your ass up next week to get back at it.

This is where we decide if we want to be champions. Just win.

And for god's sake, beat scUM.

After sleeping on it, its obvious all of our mistakes can be fixed. Wont be easy though. I still think were a very good team, but we are one of the youngest in college football, and not many teams have a schedule like ours. There are no more bye weeks or weak teams left.

JT is still the guy, some of our fan base is completely over reacting right now.

We can, and I think will bounce back. Our biggest games are at home from here out and I still think we have a shot at CFP. This time is also young enough we could drop 1 or 2 more

For sure though, there is no way Samual can continue to not get carries. No way speed option should 1)be ran with Weber 2)ran at all

Defensively we played well, you can expect perfection all the time. But when your offensive decides to play conservative it rubs off, then all of a sudden try to change it, is when mistakes happen.

Special teams i believe Booker was one that got beat. Thats on him. The FG is 100% on Meyer

Offensively- the line needs work. Prince may need a fire lite under his ass. Like someone else getting reps with the 1's

Everything starts in the trenches. If you can't control the line of scrimmage you stand no chance of winning. That was part 1 of the problem last night. Part 2 is our special teams nightmare -- honestly if we don't have kicks blocked we win the game, even with our poor line blocking. Part 3 is our receivers need to start getting in the game with getting open then catching the dang balls thrown to them.

Play calling is also an issue right now. We are extremely predictable about what we're gonna do. No creativity and teams are now just teeing up to stop the run. Weave to start taking shots down the field, and that means more than 5 yd passing routes.
