    * Ben Roderick, wing forward, Olentangy Liberty – The 6-5 Roderick could be in line for a late Ohio State offer. As a senior, he is averaging roughly 28.1 points per game – tops in central Ohio – during his senior season. He has seven 30-point games, including a 51-point game at an event in Florida.

Ben Roderick (2019 – Olentangy Liberty)
    Three-star 6-foot-5, 185-pound wing
Fourteen months after suffering a torn ACL, Roderick was named Ohio's Gatorade Player of the Year as a senior at Olentangy Liberty. His injury came at an unfortunate time in regard to his recruitment, holding him out of action during the summer after his sophomore year, but he responded with a tremendous senior season.

RELATED Olentangy Liberty's Ben Roderick Hopes Ohio State Offer Comes After Returning From Ill-Timed ACL Injury

His successful year has landed him on the radar of Ohio State, Xavier, Wisconsin, West Virginia and other major programs, but no Power 5 team has offered him yet. With time dwindling, he'll have to make a decision relatively soon. If no team from a major conference offers him, he'll most likely attend an in-state mid-major program to remain close to home.

Undoubtedly, Roderick wants to be a Buckeye. He grew up just down the road from the Schottenstein Center and has long hoped to don the scarlet and gray. The numbers, though, might not work in his favor. Ohio State has a multitude of wings and is one of two finalists, along with Pittsburgh, for center Ibrahima Diallo. If Diallo chooses to be a Buckeye, there won't be an open roster spot for Roderick.

Roderick will provide an immediate scoring threat to whichever team he decides to join. He averaged more than 25 points as a senior for Olentangy Liberty.
