You are being very kind with your description.

I believe he has conducted himself like a typical high school drama queen...attempting to get attention...I am confident he just wrote a check with his motorboat mouth that his big, "fat" tug-boat ass will never cash against the Bucks!

Will be nice to watch our D-line kick his elephant-ass for the next 4 -5 years every November (3rd Saturday).

    Go Bucks!

I have no problem with his choice to burn out letters, just as I have had no problem with David Perkins' twitter comments...

If you're a scUM player, you SHOULD hate us... especially since we've won 8 out of the past 10 match ups...

On a side note, this kid's body is disgusting... Hopefully someone gets him into the weight room before his heart explodes.

No problem either regarding burning letters, twitter comments, etc...however you cannot fix stupid.

Based on this picture, unless he gets on a diet and finds the weightroom, his weight will be a problem.

    Go Bucks!

According to SCum fans we are sending him death threats and saying he wasn't that great. Usual BS from pusserine fans.

They were no better with Dunn and Reeves. Every fan base has bad apples in them. So while I'm not condoning it, it's just a sad part of what college football is like in today's society.

I mean hell, these are 16-17 year old KIDS. Some people need to get a life

I have no problem with him burning recruiting letters and posting them on twitter if he intends to look stupid and immature.......

My son will have more class than that I would hope.........

Wolverines' firestarter has unfinished work - Sports Fans, Teams, Stadiums, Page 2 - Fandom Blog - ESPN Playbook - ESPN

This stuff is great. My favorite is Illinois:

As for what this guy did and the response... I typically get very offended at the "blame the victim" approach (ie: short skirts = rape), but don't intentionally piss people off if you don't want to deal with pissed off people.

QFT. I think he was being stupid doing what he did, but most teenagers do stupid things. A lot of College football fans need to get a life and stop getting bent over teenage recruits not choosing "their" favourite school.

Alabama – Rip up their letter, place the pieces in a houndstooth fedora, and then set it aflame.

Arizona State – Post a YouTube video in which he commits to Todd Graham, then immediately change his mind and go somewhere else without ever telling Graham.

Arkansas – Crash a motorcycle into his recruiting letter.

Boston College – Set their letter on fire while the theme song of Frank Spaziani’s 1980s action TV show plays in the background.

Florida State – From atop a horse, throw a flaming spear through his recruiting letter.

Illinois – Tuley-Tillman is an Illinois native, so post a video of himself going door-to-door and slapping his neighbors in the face.

Indiana – Don’t do anything, because it’s mean to pick on the less fortunate. Plus, it’s quite adorable that Indiana even tried to recruit someone who was offered by so many other elite programs.

Iowa – Set the letter on fire using ethanol-free gas.

Missouri – Wrap the letter around a steak and throw it into the tiger cage at the zoo.

Notre Dame – Write up 95 reasons he doesn’t want to go to Notre Dame and nail his list to the front door of the university.

Oklahoma State – Set his recruiting letter on fire using flaming tap water from a fracking site.

Ole Miss – Assume they understood that he won't be playing for them when he turned down Alabama and Arkansas.

Purdue – Inform coach Danny Hope of his decision via telegraph.

South Carolina – Burn his letter by leaving it out in the sun without any sunscreen.

Tennessee – Have his mom call Derek Dooley’s mom to say that he can’t come out to play.

Texas A&M – Set it on fire while wearing a Seattle Seahawks’ 12th Man T-shirt.

USC – Do something a little less extreme than this.

West Virginia – You know, just setting it on fire like he did with his Ohio State letter works fine for this one.

honestly i have a hard time believing this crap. that guy could walk from the arena district to campus and i bet maybe one or two people would know who he is. i think this kid is just trying to find a reason why he did it not to make him look bad. i see people in columbus wear michigan gear all the time and people don't say squat to them.

Exactly. Michigan fans/players love over-exaggerating stories about OSU fans and immediately deny any Michigan behaving the exact same way. Again, there isn't a more hypocritical fanbase in sports.

haha If you're entering the most heated rivalry in all of sports by burning the opposing team's letters, expect the worst...

Q1: How many athletes claim to receive death threats?
Q2: How many athletes have actually been killed?

Shut up, and hit the treadmills, Tuley. The only thing you should be burning is calories...

This is what happens when grown adults follow teenage kids on facebook and twitter.

Usually when a person receives a threat nothing happens. If someone really wanted to harm you there wouldn't be any warning. Not trying to defend those who've sent threats to Tillman, just saying that's how it usually goes.

Exactly. I'd like to throw that disclaimer out there as well... I'm not defending the actions of these "fans." I'm simply saying that Tilly should've known that they are out there. He's free to do what he'd like, but he shouldn't bitch about it when people, whom he's intentionally trying to anger, get angry...
