I would have to agree after watching the film................he should be a 4 star in my opinion...........his film shows........speed, football instincts and aggression.
Urban Meyer recruits speed..............

Marcus has not taken or scheduled any official visits and seems interested in OSU............
My gut tells me he takes an official visit here...............
