Tim Hinton and Studrawa are interesting to me. Sounds like they can recruit and are good asst/coordinators but at the same time wouldnt be threats to leave for a HC job in a year or two, or ever.

Do the Spielman rumors have any substance? Has Spiels ever talked about a coaching career?
I think Urban can demonstrate to the fan-base his respect of OSU's history and culture by hiring a legacy guy like Fickell or Spiels. |

I had heard that the rumor going around about Spiels had some substance and he was offered a position in the program but not as the LB coach........
