Default Ryan Williams is transfering

He's going closer to home in California... however his knee injury must have played a role in this as he has fallen in the depth charts.

I wish him luck. With the prospects we've been getting and the guys ahead of him, he didn't have much of a chance for p.t.. Maybe he'll go to Cal with Kevin Bemoll? You all remember him? Committed to tOSU then backed out and picked Cal? Williams and Bemoll were high school teammates at Mission Viejo.

I remember how exciting everyone was when we landed Williams. Wish him luck though where ever he goes to.

I wish him luck. Your right how much hype was around him when he chose OSU. I hope that knee stays healthy. Its hard being so far away I guess. You can't fault a guy for wanting to be closer to family.

He is a 6-6/245 lb DE from Mission Viejo, Calif. and he would be a Sophomore this season.

Ahh I see. Sorry I don't normally keep an eye out for recruits. I'm more of a *who-we-have-now* kind of person. The only major recruit I know of is Mr. Saine. HE is one bad Mo Fo.

Ryan's brother is at San Diego St. and so it is possible that Ryan will end up there as well. It's much closer to home than Cal and he would probably be an instant starter.
