Thumbs down Selig won't punish Giambi for admitting steroids

http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=2977294

Well... do you agree? I can't say I do. This is basically like Giambi getting a free pass. Or in other words saying it's ok if you use steroids then later admit to telling us about it, and we won't discipline you.

What a joke.

What good does this accomplish.

I found this very interesting. How do you punish players 25 or 50 games and then not punish giambi. All because he agreed to talk with mitchell. What that is saying is do community service and cooperate and we will not suspend you. What kind of punishment is that then?
