Oh man, I cannot wait!! I'm hopefully going to this game with my Dad, if not, it's off to the bar.
A few things I expect/hope to see:
-Beanie runs for at least 130 yds (redeeming himself from last year)
-No INTs for Boeckman
-Pryor runs for a TD on his first drive.
-Defense puts up a near shutout game (give up a FG or two)
-Hopefully no injuries
-Our O-line completely dominates all game (unlike last year)
-Tressel tries not to run up the score, but the reserves dominate
Early prediction:
Ohio State- 41
Youngstown State- 3

MAN I CAN'T WAIT, nor can I believe it's only two weeks away.
Beanie needs to pound the ball, Boeckman needs to get some playing time to get into season form quickly, and Pryor needs to get some playing time so we can have the option of using him against USC. Of - and that James Laurinaitis guy too.

Were I JT, I would treat this like an NFL preseason game when it comes to QB. Play Boekman for the first quarter and then sit him no matter what (unless they somehow happen to be down late... but don't worry, we're not Michigan) And have Pryor play the rest of the game, maybe pull him in favor of a 3rd stringer in the 4th, but give him some serious play time - especially have him out there with Beanie and Robo and Hartline so he can get a feel for the first stringers.
If Boekman looks like he's struggling though, I might not pull him... he needs to get into form fast, but there is still Ohio.
That makes me wonder.... is it ever confusing for OU to play in the Horseshoe with everyone chanting O-H-I-O??

I'm going to watch the game with my brother in Cedarville. Cedarville U. has BTN and usually shows games in their student center.

My prediction 44-0. Hopefully Beanie can put up some nice numbers this time around. I dont think this game is going to show us anything about Boekmann that we dont already know.
