Default I have a question for you Cinci fans....

Now since probably the majority of this board are (Ohio State fans...just kidding) Bengals and Reds fans, for those of you that like basketball - are you all Cavaliers fans? Is Cinci mostly a Cavalier nation spot?

Just wondering - I never knew how that worked. I've always had my 5 teams in 3 sports - Browns, Cavs, Indians, Buckeye football and Buckeye basketball - I know for me if I ever like hockey I'll be a Blue Jacket fan, but I obviously already have an affiliation with Columbus. Plus, the Browns and Bengals are somewhat of rivals, so...are you (or is Cinci) mostly a Cavs fans spot?

I grew up in the Dayton area but it's close enough to Cincy.

Before LeBron, nobody gave a damn about the Cavs since they were pretty lousy for a long time. College basketball is a lot bigger in Southwestern Ohio. Dayton Flyers, UC Bearcats, Xavier, Wright State. UK even has a big influence in SW Ohio. Since LeBron has been in the NBA, there has been some Cavs support, but really LeBron support. When I was a kid, the Bulls were the most popular team...even when they played against the Cavs in the playoffs.

......for the record I'm a Reds fan, but a Browns fan. The Bungles are the only Ohio team I refuse to cheer for. I'll cheer for the Steelers before I cheer for the Bengals.

Don't like the NBA. I don't like LeBron much either. I can honestly say I haven't watched more than 15 minutes of NBA basketball since Jordan quite playing.

The game bores me. Maybe it is because the players are just that good. Maybe its because they lack of fundamentals is so evident amongst most younger players. I just don't enjoy watching the game.
