What is everyone's impressions from this kid? I graduate from the same HS and he is a big boy no doubt. With all the good teams our school has had Toledo St. John's has had some pretty wimpy OL. Ben Burkett who plays at Northwestern now is one name that comes up. Burkett got his butt kicked by a 195lb DL in the St. Francis game a couple of years ago. But back to Mewhort. 1996. my senior year was the big upset 21-17, SF. That started the Knights' trend of beating SJ. That trend may have recently been broken, with SJ two victories in a row against SF.
Have you seen Mewhort play? |

yeah i have. i have friends on the line that had to face up with him. they just said he's ridiculous. when i saw him play, he seriously seemed like he controlled the whole SFS line. he's a monster. its weird i actually think he hangs out with southview kids, because i've seen him around like 2 or 3 times and he's always with kids who are wearing southview stuff. i think he probly went to sjj to get recognized for football, cause otherwise, he seems like he would've gone to southview.
