I love the cold! I just wish it would snow! TO me it is pointless to have cold and no snow.

Honestly, it can get pretty cold here during the winter. I live close to the ocean and in the mornings and late evenings it can get in the low 40's/high 30's. There have been times it's dropped into the 20's. I mean come on that is a bit cold. The desert parts of California get cold as well. There are towns up in the mountains and they will get a few inches of snow from time to time. That or temps in the teens.
It was classic when my step-mom saw my ice scraper in my car. She had never seen one before since she grew up in SoCal her whole life and she laughed like crazy when she saw it. She had only traveled East a few times in her whole life before she met my Dad. She only experienced a cold winter one time and that was in NYC and there was no need for her to drive since there are millions of cabs there.
