What is the NCAA thinking
so basically the city of Dayton is no longer allowed to have their first four festival because they do not allow local sponserhip of event, or something like that, and this was done in order to keep this first four in dayton. This is an event that brought in millions of dollars, i mean no offense but dayton isnt exactly a place many people want to travel to that follow their team, you would think the ncaa would want this festival as something to keep people interested in the fact that its Dayton ohio
