Lies, misinformation, propaganda and to top it all off, the same idiot lady that directed Hurt Locker directed this steaming pile of Obummer approved BS.... this means that it will so terribly and inaccurately portray the real demeanor and behavior of people in the military and intelligence communities that it will likely offend and piss off every single veteran out there... or at least the vast majority of us.
I'm boycotting this film, and hope that others would consider the weight of what this film truly is.
First off... anything produced in the public sector involving the military historical account or fictional, must be vetted by the DOD... this is the only film I can ever think of where the President himself directly ignored this law, and held a private briefing with the directors and producers he wanted to make this movie, showed them the official "plans and moment by moment walk-through of how the raid went down," and told them he wanted the movie made and how it would be done... Does that not raise alarm bells alone?
Secondly, if it is indeed a factual account of the raid and manhunt for Bin Laden, it's a complete breach of Operational Security as it gives away a direct glance at our intelligence and Tier 1 operations protocols, not too mention divulges information from documentation and operations that are classified at an above Top Secret level... Let's give the bad guys a free glance into our entire highest levels of Intel and Defense playbooks, you f***ing morons.
Finally... it's a "government sanctioned and approved" historical retelling of events, which means it's likely to be 99.8% dramatized bs to inspire us to trust and have faith in our government again...
Seriouslyl... f*** Obama for demanding this film be made to give himself a greatly undue pat on the back and slice of credit for the demise of Bin Laden, f*** the DOD for not telling Obama there's no f***ing way this movie will be made while the reports and information are still on the classified lists (seriously they're making a movie about this, but the Kennedy assassination files are still classified... because nowadays not enough people are willing to question the government about anything and those that do are considered crazy and dismissed as tin-hatters and conspiracy wingnuts, thus making it far easier to lie to the people)... and f*** Congress and the DOD for not IMMEDIATELY impeaching Obama and charging him and the entire production crew with treason by disseminating classified documents and revealing classified procedures...
This is the American version of a Joseph Goebbels-directed film, it is pure pro-government propaganda, and from the accounts I've heard through my military friends and a few CIA historians, it's completely makes a farce out of a great deal of the truth revolving around what really went down throughout the duration of the manhunt for Bin Laden.

I agree. First off this Info is too sensitive to share with public but now you are going to have crazies who see this dramitization and say our gov is too cruel ( there are torture sense). I'm with u want want the damn. Kennedy files released its always been a fascination of mine
It is entertainment not every detail is going to be real......
I find this movie non-political and just a version of events.....
Sorry hurt locker was by far the most BS military movie! I get annoyed by it because you have jack ass civilians believe what they see on a movie screen. I can't tell you how many people that would bring that movie up when we talked about Iraq.
