Doug Marrone new Bills coach
espn.com
Quote:
Doug Marrone has agreed to leave Syracuse and become the coach of the Buffalo Bills, league sources told ESPN on Sunday morning.
Marrone replaces Chan Gailey, who was fired after going 16-32 over three seasons. Marrone has yet to sign a deal.
The Bills also interviewed Oregon's Chip Kelly on Friday and former Chicago Bears coach Lovie Smith on Saturday.
Marrone has been credited for turning around the Orange in four seasons.
Syracuse rolled to an 8-5 finish by winning six of its last seven games this season, including a 38-14 win over West Virginia in the New Era Pinstripe Bowl.

Not this guy...
Dont even try to defend this...
Cut your losses and hire a new hire a new guy in 3 years...
And....the Browns suck too, they will probably make a similar hire, or maybe worse (Chip Kelly )

Why do I have the feeling that the Browns may hire Josh McDaniels?

Please God don't even go there... I would much rather see them hire Lovie Smith over McDaniels... if they get stupid and hire McDaniels I may give heavy considerations to performing hari kari at the season opener in the fall lol.
But better yet, I think Bruce Arians would be a very good hire for the Browns if they want to go with a new direction and a young newer coach

I'd be very happy with Lovie Smith. Chicago was stupid to fire him.
