Does anyone take part in this tradition?

I did the playoff beard for hockey once. Doubt I will do something like that again.

I cheated and got a head start in September, but yes, I am growing a beard for the winter.

I grow one for beard season every year. I do not wait until November.

Start of baseball playoffs through the Superbowl = Beard season

I don't trim it either, so it gets pretty nice.

Mine kinda sux.... I've got this spot on my left cheek that just will not grow hair..... But I grow what I can nonetheless.... I have this hope that some day, I'll have a thick manly beard.

Question.... do you guys let it grow under your jaw line? How far down? My hair grows down to around my Adam's apple, and it always seems to grow more aggressively down there and looks kind of weird - especially with that weird spot up above... wondering if I should trim it down there and let it grow on my cheeks.
