9. Damon Webb, WR, Detroit (Mich.) Cass Tech (2014) – While some receivers were fighting the football, struggling to get in and out of their routes with ease and generally making the position look tougher than it should look, Webb was the complete opposite. He is a smooth glider as a route-runner and he has natural ball skills. There was a marked difference between Webb and most of the other receivers in attendance that was easy to see within a few steps of every route. Though he’s still waiting on his first offer, Webb will likely be a national recruit.

Damon Webb out of Detroit (Mich.) Cass Tech was as good as any showing smooth athleticism and natural ball skills but several other young receivers separated in more ways than one.
