hey if you have scumbags out in front of the shoe selling tickets for over 300 bucks i don't blame the university on this. i personally wish they would ban ticket scalping all together.

I cannot stand them!!! I even see these douchebags scalping for the spring game. I try and direct people to the Schott as I walk by for games I know that aren't sold out.

scalpers are so obvious its unbelievable they dont do anything. Some guys tried to sell me tickets at the miami game when i was there and his seat where worst than mine and he wanted 200 a piece in the very top row, i only paid 70 for mine

Ok. I get why buying from a scalper is a bad idea for a game that's not sold out - or even just in general. But why should this be illegal? What crime is being committed when two people agree to exchange something for a price? What's the difference between scalpers on the street and Stub Hub? I'm seriously confused on this one.  Perhaps there's a part of this equation I'm just flat out missing....  If so, please educate me. Thanks
