I'm a chips and salsa man. And by salsa, I don't mean none of that weak man's mild or even medium stuff. I go for the HOT salsa. I don't respect a salsa that doesn't make me slow down and cool my mouth off after a few dips.
My current favorite is Frog Ranch's hot salsa, though I'm always open to try new things. I particularly like the Mango Habanero from Mrs. Renfro's b/c I LOVE the flavor of Habanero, but that salsa a little thin and watery for me. I like chunky salsa. Frog Ranch is a nice chunky salsa. I'm often tempted to make my own habanero pico de gallo
