I have no problem with the south not wanting this rule. I just don't understand why they haven't been forced to adopt it by losing high profile recruits...

Maybe the B1G just hasn't done a good enough job of selling this to recruits... I mean, if you go into a recruit's home and offer a 4 yr scholarship, and just ask them to demand the same from an SEC school that refuses, they'll instantly know that you care more about their well-being than the other school...
