1 - RB Akise Teague (Youngstown Ursuline) -
I watched this kid score five touchdowns. All of them were highlight reel runs. His ability to change direction at speed is a skill very few runners possess. All day he left defenders grasping at air. Not only does he make them miss, he has such exceptional acceleration that they don't get a second chance.
The surprising thing about Teague is that he runs with some power. He does not go down from arm tackles. His balance is cat-like. I am not arguing that he should be recruited as a running back. I have seen enough on film to know he has the ball skills to play in the slot. He catches the ball naturally. Back when Ted Ginn was being recruited I had many an argument with fans about what positions he should play. He was the nation's top ranked cornerback. I argued that he is such a playmaker that you have to play him on offense to put the ball in his hands more often. I believe Teague could be a corner but he is so electric on offense that I completely agree with the decision by the staff to recruit him as a slot. He is supposedly coming in for a visit.

Teague Dominates Ohio Finals.......................Ohio State has requested film and his transcripts. Holds offers from Wisconsin, Cincy and several MAC schools. Penn State is showing high interest. Teague has visits to Wisconsin, Penn State and Cincy scheduled.

I think tOSU needs to offer but we're in a position where we can be picky on who we want. But in this scenario, I'm not sure that's a good thing.

so much Fail in this thread
1st-Wynn No longer has a written offer
2nd-Shell will be a Buckeye according to both his teammates and coach but he wont announce for a long time he DOES have an offer, he isnt thrilled about the 2 other RBs but the staff DOES want 3 RBs in 2012 for some odd reason (Transfer?)
3rd-Teague should get an offer, he may get an offer as a DB, if you watched the state champ game, he didnt give up 1 pass, thats lockdown

Not to get off the thread subject but you are correct that Wynn does not have a "commitable" offer but his offer is contingent on his academics, so there is still the possibility he may be a part of this class............this has been discussed in Wynn's thread...........
Teague will not end up on the defensive side of the ball. He is a playmaker with the ball in his hands. Slot receiver.
Not sure where you are getting your info on Shell...................
