just look at west virginia's recruiting the last two years. it hasn't been that good. rich is a good coach but i don't see him staying in morgantown much longer. the guy is a good coach and the right price will come someday.

as for the little east, i am sick and tired of louisville and wvu fans talking up their conference. rutgers is not good and the rest of the conf. is a joke. oh no !!!!! uconn. oh no!!! syracuse.... you get the point

It is hard to judge...ratings wise...WVU's recruiting classes have not been all that good, but they do a very good job (much like the Bucks) of finding some guys under the radar that turn into players. And do an excellent job of finding guys that fit very well into their system. How do you argue with what Pat White and Steve Slaton do for that offense? They are good players. I will not take that away from them. However, I do think that the teams they play do make them look better than what they are. I do not want to overhype them because ESPN does a good enough job of that already for me. Truth is, when you play teams that across the board do not play to the same speed that any of the other BCS conferences do.

Just read on another forum that WVU is trying to play hardball with Jenkins ..... saying they want him to reaffirm his committment to WVU if not they plan to pull his offer, does anybody see any truth to this story?

If so, Jenkins could be coming our way sooner than expected!!!

Didn't Rich receive a new contract from WVU??

BuckIfan... I could see that but it could just be fan talk. I hope it's true though!

I have heard nothing of this. If this is true, then West Virginia is stupid, and Rodriguez must be questioned by their fan base for why he would go to such an extreme level so early in the process. But like I said, I have nothing from any of the Jenkins circles yet, so I don't buy it.

Oh and one more thing I took from that, Scouts board has a lot of nastiness on it. OUCH. Those guys are over there slashing throats. lol.

What makes these people so uptight in their recruiting? Who the heck puts that much pressure on a recruit this early on in the stages?!?
