We are looking pretty decent with Vlad. OSU has some kissing up to do but it looks like it might work. He just visited Wisconsin and Michigan and seemed to like Wisky more. He does like the buckeyes alot so we have a good chance.

It's really unfortunate that we missed out on the DJ Hunter sweepstakes for this guy. Hunter seems like an athlete! I'm so sick of losing recruits to Tennessee; especially in state guys!

The Kansas football program picked up its highest-rated recruit in an already impressive 2009 class on Thursday when Dublin (Ohio) safety Bradley McDougald gave an oral commitment to the Jayhawks, according to Rivals.com. McDougald plans to play wide receiver at KU.

McDougald, KU’s fourth four-star prospect in the class, is rated the No. 11 safety in the country.

He chose the Jayhawks over Ohio State, Louisville, Wisconsin, Cincinnati and Colorado. McDougald originally committed to the Buckeyes before changing to KU after his official visit.
