idk if i can agree with that my roommate went to a scouting workout where berry participated and wasnt blown away...he admits that hes good but says his quoted 4.3/4.4 speed might be a lil exagerated...ive seen a little bit of berry on films and although i do like the kid but i will be amazed if, in my eyes, he ever impresses as much as beanie does/did, beanie has just about everything you can ever ask for in an everydown back, he has the big play ability but when thats not happening he almost always got us the patented "three yards and a cloud of dust", beanie was a north/south guy who could make you miss left or right, run by you with a stutter step, or pop that fantastic stiff arm...in that sense im a bigger fan of hyde as i like the big boys who can do a some straightforward running over the smaller "scat" backs who are going to be trying to run around everyone with speed

in summary i just want beanie to be a buckeye for his senior year and then somehow get ncaa eligibility to keep playing while he goes for like 20 more degrees lol

I gotta say I might take a strong liking to whatever NFL team Beanie gets drafted by. (Whenever that may be...more than likely this year I think).

Anyone have Draft Predictions for him?

I would say Beanie is somewhere first round. Since we don't know exactly how everyone will finish it is hard to say who will need an RB. Good thing for Beanie there are not that many studs coming out as RB so he will probably get picked up with a good contract. Just hope no teams like the Lions need him because that doesn't do any players any good. I could see Beanie going to the brownies and have lewis teach him a few things as well.

I say barring some serious injury in the Fiesta Bowl, Beanie is a solidified 1st round pick. There aren't a lot of backs going in, and it seems like it has been forever since there has been a really good BIG tailback in the draft.

Although I think he is a solid 1st rounder, I think it'll be his combine results (40-time and bench press) that decide how high he is drafted.

The biggest knock on Beanie has to be injury. It seems like he is always nicked up, and missing multiple games in your last season in college cannot help. I am sure that a lot of NFL scouts were counting on that USC game to help judge him against powerhouse defenders.
