Gotta be Bill Walsh. Don Shula is right behind him, but look at what Bill Walsh did. He made an impact on each and everyone of his players. He developed some of the greatest players of all time, ex. Jerry Rice, Joe Montana, Steve Young, etc... He was a great coach. He also won SuperBowls. That is a big thing. He has to go down as the best Head Coach of all time but Don Shula is not that far behind.
One story I heard about Walsh, was that John Lynch went to Stanford when Walsh was coaching there, and Lynch was going to quit playing football and try to start a career in baseball. He signed with the Marlins in 1997, but didn't fully go pro, and Bill Walsh told him he better play football and he would have a better career in football. Look at what John Lynch has done in his career. Something else. Although John Lynch would have gotten a ring in 1997, if he stayed with the Marlins. lol I think he is happier that he went and played in the NFL rather than the MLB, anyways.

Chuck Knoll hardly gets any credit. He won 4 Super Bowls. Yeah he's a Steeler schmuck, but he's a U. of Dayton grad.

You have to at least respect the guy. I know most people dont like him and they didnt cheat against every team. Probably just 3 or 4 in his whole tenure.

I can't respect him, but I will agree that he is a great coach. I absolutely can't stand Belichik, not only cause he is a Patriots coach, but also he is an A$$, and that little cheating incident. I lost respect for him a long time ago, but he is a great coach.

Bucks28. If Belichick for some unknown crazy reason left the Patriots and went over to coach the Dolphins what would you think then?
