So with Pujols gone, and Braun suspended, and Prince Fielder leaving as well... this sets up for a good off-season for my Reds. :)

I worked in pro baseball for 2 years and i'm getting back into pro baseball next season. I stay in touch with some of the former players, some who saw some big league time, and they tell me MLB knows of a lot of star players who have tested positive for PED's or other substances but they cover it up.

Not surprising.... personally... I look at it this way... if they claim to want a level playing field... then they should let it all go and they can use whatever PEDs they choose, or it should be a strict zero-tolerance policy... you get caught, you're gone forever. This stuff is exactly the kind of bullshit that is turning people off to professional sports.

Football players take PED's too. There are guys in the HOF who were massive roiders but since the NFL is America's new pastime it get's covered up. So much gets covered up in pro sports it's pathetic.
