I really doubt that. I think they will lose closer to 10 games. I just dont like wearing the scarlet glasses. They have a brutal 4 game strech. At Purdue, at Michigan State, at Tennessee, and then home with illinois. Then 4 of the last 5 games are against big time contenders. So i will stick with my no more than 10 games. I think if they play up to their expectation it will be about 8 losses though.
The 2 biggest stars returning are othello hunter and butler. Look for alot of the freshman to step up this year.
i hope diebler lives up to his peotentail and can be a big factor this year. the biggest thing though, is how KK plays. if he doesnt play 7' or taller, we could be in trouble cuz when big men play smaller than they are, they get completely dominated
I think they've got a good shot to repeat as Big 10 Champions. The only team that can possibly stop them is Michigan State with Neitzel and Raymar Morgan.
this is going to be one of those years where, if we play extremely well, we will still be on the bubble come february and march and people will gripe about us having a weak schedule. i think that if we make it into the tournament, we wont get far. sorry.
A friend of mine is a huge MSU fan that talks wayyyy too much trash - he's already stated OSU won't come within 20 tomorrow night. We win....ohhhh my goodness do I have some bragging rights.
