I hate that people are comparing this to last year Penn State already, THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THAT GAME. Last year there was a full whiteout stadium in happy valley that was deafening the entire game, we already had established a functioning offense in the games prior to it (so our performance could be characterized as "fluky") and our star QB played injured the entire second half but still gutted it out and willed the team to a win. This game was the latest in a string of underwhelming performances, in a stadium that was half Buckeye fans and our current "star" QB can't even be trusted to throw a pass on the last 3 possessions. At least last year we could come out of the game knowing it was probably a one week deal, but if things continue this way this year I'm sure we will see a few more games like this coming up

The Plain Dealer ran a story a couple days ago that argued that Cardale was the starter because he's better than JT on 3rd down.

Ohio State was 2/14 on third down today, against a team that previously allowed over 42% on 3rd down conversions against a weak ass schedule.
