I think it's safe to say Kyle Kalis turned out to not be elite.....

As for the other two, i'll take losing 2 guys and Kelly compared to the majority of other good in-state OL we've landed over the last 5-6 years.

With Kraemer off the board,L.Eichlberg an OT from Iggy is still there, problem is they have been tied to the hip throught the rec.process, don't sound good.

I think it's safe to say that Kyle Kalis would look a lot different if he were coached by Ed Warriner...

Imagine Jacoby Boren, Pat Elflein, And Daryl Baldwin at Michigan. They would not be starters. They are only starting at Ohio State because we have an amazing OLine coach!

Cincinnati Elder five-star offensive lineman Tommy Kraemer will have a pair of national champions visiting him today.

"Urban Meyer is coming to school today," Kraemer told Eleven Warriors via text message this morning. "Coach Coombs is coming to my basketball game tonight."

The top player in a loaded Ohio 2016 class, the 6-foot-5, 305 pound Kraemer told 11W that the Buckeyes have not stopped their pursuit of him since his October commitment to Notre Dame.

"They never stopped," he said when I asked him if Ohio State had been trying to stay in touch. "I've just been staying busy with basketball."

One likely topic of discussion? The Buckeyes' effort to get Kraemer back on campus in Columbus, something the Buckeyes were unable to accomplish this past fall despite multiple attempts to do so. With a key Junior Day approaching, the Elder offensive tackle says he'll listen to the Buckeyes' coaches, but makes no promises about any visit.

"Yes," Kraemer said when I asked if they were trying to arrange a Junior Day visit. "I'll have to hear what (Ohio State) has to say."

TOMMY KRAEMER // OFFENSIVE LINEMAN // CINCINNATI ELDER
The state's top player for 2016, Tommy Kraemer, is already committed...to Notre Dame. The Buckeyes are no doubt still trying to lure the 6-foot-5, 305-pound offensive tackle to Columbus, but as of now it's a long-shot. Can stability in the coaching staff help? Only if Notre Dame's Brian Kelly were to end up taking an NFL job between now and February 2016. Buckeye or No? No.

Considering we have 3 starting OL from last year starting in the NFL, and more from this year, he should have to listen

    2016 – TOMMY KRAEMER, OT
Michael Jordan was a star, and Malcolm Pridgeon started every game in 2018, leading the Buckeyes in snaps (1,170) from scrimmage.

But losing both Tommy Kraemer (No. 26 overall, No. 3 OT, No. 1 in Ohio) and Liam Eichenberg (No. 80, No. 7 OT, No. 4 in Ohio) to Notre Dame certainly hurt.
