Do you think that it might be because Urban slipped his name while Neal was still unsigned? Maybe if Neal were to sign it would be a violation?

 

I will not complain. I like Neal but I think Urban might know what he is doing!

I believe you but I think if Meyer wants both of them they will find room to sign both of them. Like they said today there are more losses on the team coming.....believe brother! Urban is the man!!!!

 

Agreed. Stand by my words before... If we miss Neal b/c roster spots are filled by 2* players who may never see the field, it'll be very unfortunate.

 

I like Neal b/c of his versatility. He can step in now and start on either side of the ball (slot WR or CB). This kid's gonna be an animal.

 

I'm just ass hurt about it... I was already convinced that Neal would be in this class. So it sucks that he isn't b/c a lack of scholarships.

Diggs is a phenomenal player tho, and I understand the staff's decision. It just sucks that seeing them side by side was a missed opportunity...

 

I agree 100%, it freaking sucks. It's funny because 2 months ago we all would've never believed where we would end up at this point, and now we are whining about not landing one 5 star for another 5 star, life is pretty good to be a Buckeye right now.

 

Why not just be honest with Neal...We are waiting for another kid to decide...Then come back and talk to us..Sure he might get butt hurt about it but its better than just saying sorry we are full and then Diggs goes to UF and we are left out of two great athletes

 

Yeah it seems to be a dangerous game, because we told Neal we didn't have the room, hypothetically hoping Diggs will committ to us, but if he doesn't we just lost out on Neal too. I'm not sure how I feel about that, if Diggs does committ obviously it needs no explaination, if he doesn't and we lose out on Neal, that is raw.

 

i honestly wish we could of had this kid but i still think next years class will have better talent for us.

 

It's situations like these that drives me nuts that kid's wait until AFTER signing day to make their decision.

 

So annoying.....We could potentially not get either Diggs or Neal, that makes me gag in my mouth a little. None the less, all I have to do is look at who we have been able to grab so far, and frankly I feel better. Hey with Urban at the wheel I feel we all are a little greedy, it's almost a nice change of pace.
