Add johnny simon to the 09 list. Looks like we finally got into a mooney boy. If this is the case it is a huge pickup. Hopefully the pipline will start leading to OSU from mooney.

We needed this after losing a few to the Ohio football factory.

Being considered the #1 prospect in the state of Ohio is just as good as being the #1 prospect in the nation.

By the way, Simon is a freak. He is a man amongst boys and should be getting ready for the NFL combine or UFC.

The amount of quality talent Ohio HS's put out there is awesome. And with tOSU being able to get these guys to commit to us early in the game is so beneficial. Not to mention it keeps rival schools away from big talent.

man did you call that one. johnny simon just benched 45 reps and tied the nfl combine record. he maxed out his bench press at 440, and squatted 700 lbs.

I don't know... I have a hard time believing that. Unless your on something there's no way you could do 45 reps of 225+ pounds.

he's barely human. i heard that his form is bad though and that he just pushes people over all the time and that he's overrated. that strength is amazing, but it wont be effective without form and skill in college.
