We got to get it done this year. This is the best way to silence our critics that have been bashing us since our loss to Florida. Beat an SEC in their own backyard for the national championship.

I'm sure we'll be the underdog, which I like which will pump us up more, but I wonder what the point spread will be. It shouldn't be more than a TD.

i don't think we will be the underdog for reasons of lesser athletic ability, but homefield advantage.

    ^^^^^

    Great idea.

But I think the biggest matchup in this game will be our OL vs. LSU's DL. Kirk Barton will need to get the OL more focused and pumped than ever before.

It sucks that it will be played less than 100 miles from LSU, but as Lee Corso said on the Selection Special, Ohio State fans will travel like crazy to New Orleans to make sure they are in the majority. This will be the hardest ticket to obtain all year.

How about that Tressel interview? JT is the man. He makes Les Miles look like a used photocopier salesman.

we need to make sure that someone ALWAYS has a hat on steltz and dorsey. there's the middle and it will make the rest of the team have to work harder to pickup the routes. IMO, i think we should definitely work harder on the passing game for this game. they're going to be looking for beanie to run and see that he likes the left side. dorsey should probably be occupied.

Buckeye Nation will not let the Superdome be all yellow and purple. We will make our presence felt.

Just tell Boone to cool his jets and keep both feet on the ground so he doesn't crush one of the smaller guys. God knows we don't need a Ginn repeat.

I think in order to keep LSU's defense honest and on their toes, we got to have Ray Small and Brandon Saine in often. They are our fastest guys on offense and we'll need them to display their speed. I say put either of them at the wing like we did with Teddy Ginn and just dump it out to them when Boeckman gets in trouble.

The matchup I don't like at all is Dorsey vs. Ben Person.

I'm mostly worried about Highsmith. He will be spying on Beanie all game and is blazing fast and a great tackler. I think the key to the game will be Beanie, if he has a big game, we will win.

And to stay out of the bars for the next month. He needs to work on his athleticism the most to prepare for this game.

Or maybe do what we did in The Game in 2005 by putting Andre Tyree at TE when really he was another Off. Tackle. Perhaps put Tyler Whaley as another Tackle and have Dionte Johnson in at FB?
