Actually, I think we have a very good shot at winning this game. I do not know why but something tells me we are going to play our best game of year to date...........

I think we get it done...

As long as I don't see the following:

'not even halftime and we're down 30-3 and im out of Guiness and Yueng Ling already and I can't drive now to bail phatbuck out of jail for disorderly conduct' McKraut

Whoever said I would bail Phatty or anyone else out? I'm too poor to bail myself out, lol. Besides, I'm Irish, I always have the emergency 1/5 of Jameson on reserve lol.

In all seriousness, I think it's very possible we can shock the world a week from Saturday in the Shoe. These guys are going to be fired up as hell, and lord willing it won't be 40 mph winds forcing us to use nothing but the Woody offense again.

Thats a good point, and I'm sick of the radio guys making fun of the wind like its not a valid argument for the offense we ran. I was there and it was absolutely insane, I had to constantly have a hand on my canopy because the sides of in were bowing in because that wind was so fierce. In the stadium the wind reminded me of a Meadowlands wind, you have the streamers from one set of goal posts blowing in and the streamers from the other goal posts blowing in the opposite direction.

We've already ruined Illinois' season... It's time for Bucky's payback. How will Wilson respond to a real pass rush? He gets his first taste against Sparty.

Cmon Sarge. I thought we were tight Dawg.

I'm not going to run with you in the Boston Marathon this year now. You pissed me off. We're not going on any more intimate bike rides either. :neener:

I totally agree Block O. When Scheelhaase threw the pick to Roby, it wasn't his fault at all, you could see the ball catch and sail on that wind a good 8 yards past the receiver. It just hung the ball up, and that wasn't a lob of a throw either.

These schmoes that try to say that the wind has little effect on the ball, especially one that strong, are obviously the guys that didn't even play much pick up ball as kids, or even still as adults. Really? Most all of us have lived in the Midwest or currently do. It shouldn't be a surprise to see 30+ mph crosswinds on the regular between September and May.

And on a side tangent, speaking of pickup games... that might be a fun little get together we could organize, maybe make a afternoon of it and have a cookout as well.

And Phatty, -5 cool points for willfully deflecting focus away from the sentence after that one, in which it was clearly proven to be a humorous remark. Bad Phatty, bad. No Yuengling for you, 1 Year! :pound:

I gotta tell ya, I look a lot like Ron Dayne in my helmet and pads. They usually call me the phat phrige when I'm running with the ball with a cig hanging out of my mouth.

    You can't tackle this. :nono:

i am not sold on us winning this game but we have a lot of things that could help us. wisky could overlook us after a win in lansing. we have two solid weeks to prepare. the fans have a whole day to get drunk for this one. lastly we have nothing to lose in this game and wisky has everything to lose. i really think it's going to be a very close game. the question i have is our defense up to the task and will the passing game show up. should be a good one.

What is Russell Wilson's eligibility status since his transfer... how many seasons does he have left? Is it just this season or is it different since he's in grad school or bc of his transfer.
