With 10 seconds to go in the game red shirt senior quarterback JoeBauserman found Evan Spencer for a 33-yard touchdown pass to cut the lead to 10-7.

But it was too little, too late for the Buckeyes.

OSU was only able to accumulate 178 yards of offense. MSU had 324 yards of total offense and all the scoring it would need to win, 10-7.

The Buckeyes were a mere 10 seconds from being shutout for the first time since a 1993 blanking at the hands of Michigan. It would have been the first shutout at the ‘Shoe since October 1982, against Wisconsin.

With freshman quarterback Braxton Miller making his second career start, the Buckeyes started the game slowly, accumulating only 42 yards of total offense in the first quarter.

If we had an offense, we run away with this game. Thanks to our defense, MSU didn't run away with it and route it

I dont know about 'slips' past. Looks like they knew what we were doing before we did it.

To that point, they timed the snap-count routinely Saturday.

i had a good laugh yesterday at 5 yr old football game. the first play a little guy took the ball back 40 yrds for a TD. the first words that muttered out of my mouth was that team already had more yards then ohio state's total offense the first half. kinda funny and sad at the same time.

Welp, we know two things for certain after week 5... ^^^^ That guy just ****ed up his chance to be the HC after this year, and sadly... We will not be playing in the first B1G Championship Game
