I kinda liked being #2 LOL. We received no media attention, it seemed like it was all Oregon, Boise, and Alabama. But we still need to win out to get to Glendale. Go Bucks!!!!

We definitely still need to win out in order to get to the Championship game. But if we do, I can see four different intriguing potential scenarios for the NC game that would be fun to watch.
#1 OSU v. Boise State - an opportunity to kick this mid major team to the curb and expose the for the fraud they are
#2 OSU v. An SEC Team to be named later - an opportunity for redemption from '06, '07 and all the other lesser bowl games they've dropped to the SEC
#3 OSU v. Nebraska - All Big Ten National Championship game! Even without that, Nebraska is one of those all time historical teams like USC, Michigan, Notre Dame and OSU not some upstart like Florida, LSU or Miami.
#4 OSU v. Oregon - Rose Bowl rematch, without Masoli, but for all the marbles this time.
Ultimately, we still have to worry about the remaining 6 games on our schedule first including Wisky, Iowa and Denard Robinson. No I don't mean Michigan. I mean Denard Robinson.

I'm cautiously optimistic with being ranked #1. We've got to go into two hostile environments against teams that are fairly good. We've got all the more pressure on us while we're pushing through some injuries and special teams issues. While I'd like us to have a better rushing game, if teams are going to go all out and defend against the run, why run? We're still getting plenty of rushing yards anyhow.

The bulls eye on our back just got bigger. Being ranked #1 is awesome but I think I'd feel better being ranked #2 right now. I just don't think this team is a worthy #1 team right now. Our running game is bad and special teams are horrible. #1 teams don't have these problems.
