According to the dispatch
Quote:
"Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor underwent arthroscopic surgery on an injured ligament in a knee this week, an athletics department spokesperson confirmed today.
The junior-to-be “had a routine arthroscopic procedure performed on his right knee. The good news is everything checked out fine and he should make a quick recovery,” the spokesperson said.
Pryor revealed prior to the Buckeyes’ Rose Bowl vs. Oregon that he had been playing with a partial tear of the posterior cruciate ligament in his knee since midseason. Though it affected his play late in the regular season, he still helped OSU to a Big Ten title.
He then turned in his best overall game as a collegian against Oregon when he was named the Rose Bowl MVP after the 26-17 OSU win."

Glad this is being taken care of now so he can get this out of his mind and work hard during the spring and into the summer.

IMO Pryor really proved how tough he was in the last segment of this past season. It was only in the Rose Bowl that I really realized how banged up his knee was, his running was way off, but he still stepped up and executed. That was a textbook example of how to deal with an injury. He'll be more than fine.
