I kinda found it a little funny. Being he is so conservative and gave a interview to a GLTB newspaper. But that is all fine with me, I think it keeps up his pic perfect image.

Jim Tressel is simply a great person. One of the many reasons why I'm proud he's our coach.

This is certainly worthy of a happy dance.
On the field, Tress is probably a top 5 coach in the country. If you look at it from Gene Smith and Gordon Gee's perspective, Tressel's record on the field, plus his devotion to his student athletes, charity work, and political correctness make him the best college head coach in the country... no doubt.

I love this. As a Christian myself who personally believes that homosexuality is a sin like many many other things, I am constantly appalled at the stereotype that Christian = Homophobe. What's most frustrating about that stereotype is when I see Christians acting in ways that support it. So it's wonderful to see something like this: someone setting an example of truly Christ like love.

Regardless of your personal beliefs, I think we can all agree that our head coach is all class all the time.

No worries, wasn't intending to make it personal Fully agree that Tressel is the epitomic class act, and I find his approach very refreshing!
OSU's Tressel receives two-year extension - Big Ten Blog - ESPN
In this article, Rittenberg speculates that Tressel won't extend again and will retire from head coach after 2014. What do you guys think? 1: Do you agree/disagree with Rittenberg, and why? 2: If Rittenberg is right...... who's the next OSU football coach?
