Navy loses everyone of significance on offense. 2 QBs who had significant impact on their running game, both 1,000 yard rushing RBs, and 3 of their top WRs. Wisconsin loses basically their starting QB and their leading WR/TE who only had 500 yds receiving. Wisconsin returns RB John Clay who should be a 1000 yard rusher this year.
Wisconsin will definitely be better than Navy this year.
