If and I do mean a big IF....................Pryor left for the NFL it would be a mistake....................
Everything I have heard says it is not being discussed and he is aware of the work he needs.................

I think there's a big difference between RBs and QBs in terms of returning or not. Historically, RBs have a shorter career than QBs do so it's in their best interest to leave early when their stock is high.

I think that any player projected as a 1st round pick is better off leaving early. Money and better coaching awaits.
But, I think Terrelle Pryor has a better chance at being picked in the 2nd round of the NBA draft than going in the first 4 rounds as a QB right now.
I think he could be a first day pick after a senior season. He needs to greatly quicken that throwing motion, strengthen his arm, and prove that he can mentally handle complex defenses. I have no doubt that the drive, athletic ability, and work ethic is all there though.

I actually think Tress urged him to go after he got a 1st round grade especially w/ his injury past. Pryor will not be getting a 1st round grade when he gets his paperwork back IMHO

The ONLY way I can see Pryor making the next step to the NFL is if he accepts that he won't be an NFL quarterback.
That won't happen, his desire before he even committed was to become an NFL worthy QB, and if it takes 4 years for him to do that I am sure he'd have no problem..
Plus, he's been more upfront about staying all 4 years than Beanie ever was.
