Gotta put these guys away early and hopefully our offense looks respectable as well.

I don't think we'll have a problem with these guys. We've already seen a good variety of offensive styles, Purdue shouldn't us anything new. I'm just hoping for continued improvement for the offense, especially being able to consistently move the chains and score without offense. The more they're on the field, the more live action they can get.

I hate to sound disrespectful to the competition, but we kind of have the next three games to figure out our offense. After that, the games get serious.

completely agree...PU, Minn, NMSU....then PSU, Iowa, scUM...all three most likely ranked...we gotta figure our offense out and give our D a break

Thats not disrespectful at all. In fact, it makes complete sense. Our defense can only do so much, and cannot expect them to be on the field for so many plays. Our O needs to start sustaining drives and putting it into the endzone

Running back Dan Herron, who left the Wisconsin game with what looked like a reaggravated left ankle injury, will miss Saturday's game against Purdue and could be out longer. Brandon Saine will start, backed up by freshman Jordan Hall, while freshman Jaamal Berry, who hasn't played yet, continues to be a question mark. Redshirt freshman Jermil Martin would prepare as the possible third tailback.
In other injury news, starting defensive tackle Dexter Larimore will miss a second game. But offensive lineman Andrew Miller (flu) and Jim Cordle (ankle) are expected to return, though possibly in limited roles.

do we have a FULL injury report? or are Dan Herron, Jamaal Berry, Dexter Larimore the only ones who are really expected to either be limited or not play?
