I'd be really surprised if we came out flat against Navy. We have 1 game to get ready for USC and I expect us to come out firing but also not unleashing everything. Last year against Ohio is a reminder that you better come out ready to play.

It's the first game of the season so I doubt we come out looking ahead to USC; I'm sure all the players have been looking forward to this game for 9 months. I think out D-line stuffs Navy's run game for the most part, maybe giving up a few long runs a la Garret Wolfe (Northern Illinois) in 2006. My biggest concern is that Navy's running attack won't be a good warm up for USC.

I expect to see us running a lot. Either with Saine/Herron or with Pryor on designed run plays. That way we can show the diversity and power of our offense without revealing too much of the playbook to USC. With that said, I still think we work on Pryor's arm as well having him throw a few accurate bombs just to test him.

Anyways, my early prediction is:
OSU- 41
Navy- 13

Navy won't be as strong as past seasons... they lose everyone on offense.

Any chance we can get a countdown on the top right again?
Have a great time! Do and see all; my first game was 1977, Miami (a.k.a. Da U): we won 10-0!

Go Bucks!

:-)

Hopefully we get there in time for script ohio, etc. I'm going with my brother who went to OSU, so he's been to a ton of the games.
