If this game was in Penn st at night, this might be a tougher one to call. But i'd definitely say it's in OSUs odds to win (other than the fact that they are ranked lower) but from looking at how the two teams played last week and how Penn st showed flaws in their defense in the first half against Michigan...i'd say OSU has got this one.

Each team has it's own weaknesses are neither are unbeatable. The team that forces the most TOs will win the game.

Turnovers are huge. If your force them and win the turnover battle your odds of winning increase dramatically.
