That's always great to know! He must have ran into some fans and told them that we were number one on his list they got a little too upset.

You know it really says a lot when elite players not only outside of your state but outside of your region want to play for you. I really hope we get this guy. His style of play reminds me of Reggie Bush and Joe McKnight. He could be a multi-purpose player like I think Saine will be. I always loved the Marshall Faulk/Reggie Bush/Lorenzo Booker type player.

Wow I find it so hard to believe that we can get so deep at running back. Especially ones that are just so good. I garuntee that if any of these guys went to a different school then they would all start and have amazing games. Unfortunately there can only be one.

Yeah I know. To be honest with you, I was suprised that we recruited DeVoe Torrence as a RB. I thought he was a LB all the way. So if we were to get Thomas, that would give us Wells, Wells, Saine, Herron, Torrence and Thomas on the RB depth-chart for 2008.
IMO, Mo Wells is either gone before this season starts or soon after. And then pending how well Beanie does this year and his junior year, he could possibly leave early for the draft. So Thomas is a must get.

If we keep this up then we are going to have alot of people leaving early for the draft to open up opportunities for the younger recruits.

I really think Mo Wells is as good as gone. Im glad to see we we are still number 1. I think he would be a great pickup.

Mo Wells good as gone? He has hardly even played. I know he will be getting buried on the depth chart but he's done nothing yet.

I'm sure Mo Wells would get more attention had he not be up against Pittman and Beanie.

Yeah but he was pretty verbal last year about transfering. I think he will get a fair amount of reps early on this year, but I see Saine eventually being on the field more and jumping Mo Wells on the depth chart. With the high powered spread offense gone, I don't really see Mo fitting in with the slower paced offense.
