My thoughts are to pretty much rest Beanie Wells. Play Mo and Saine unless we need Beanie for some unforeseen reason (this is 2007 college football). Get up early, let the crowd take over and get Beanie healthy for the rest of the year

I agree. Sit him out and let him heal up for what will be a brutal stretch of the Big10 schedule.

I agree on both of those! Even though this should be a cake walk, we NEED to come out STRONG!!!! And our crowd does need to stay active!!!! Even though we shouldn't "need" a home field advantage, but I don't think at this point, with all the AMAZING games in college football this year, we can take anything for granted!!!!!
I also would love to see Beanie sit the whole game, get that ankle right! We will absolutely NEED him the last games of the year. I think any of those teams the rest of the way can beat us (given what has happened this year.) if they play a great game, and we can't play full strength. Or come out weak!!!!

I doubt we'll sit Beanie the whole game, but maybe he will only get 5-10 carries. Is Saine healthy or not because we barely played him against Purdue. And Maurice Wells is coming off the most consistent performance of his career.
Anyways, Kent State is a pretty good team, but I think we will score early and put them away in the first half.
34-0
OUR DEFENSE NEEDS A TRUE SHUTOUT!!!!

Yes, Maurice Wells had one of his best games of his career vs. Purdue last week. I look for the same this week.

Beanie will probably see VERY limited playing time and Boeckman should have some of the kinks worked out with that long ball. I'd like to see him really hit his man in stride ESPECIALLY when there is no Safety to snag the ball from in front of Robo/Small/Hartline. I would MUCH rather see him overthow it for an incompletion than underthrow it for a pick like against Purdue.

Yep!!!! Overthrows are much better than short balls, that can be picked so easily.

I think that Beanie should play the first quarter, just to get his stats up. And then, Maurice Wells should play the rest of the game. Once again I am actually going to attempt a prediction.
I will say that Kent State wins so that Ohio State wins. Nah Im just kidding.
Ok, I go with Ohio State-37, Kent State-6
