Maryland doesn't get five star recruits all that often, so naturally this would be a huge blow to Maryland's hopes in recruiting if Diggs went out of state.

Taking him out of his home state could be a big coup for the Buckeyes. Of course, nothing is set in stone yet and this is all speculation up to this point as Diggs is still visiting Maryland, after all.

I don't have the rule book in front of me, but my guess is no.

This is the same deal that Pryor went through so I guess look at that situation for the answer to your question

if i remember correctly tress did the same thing with the whole pryor recruitment. tress could not comment on the player but could still actively recruit pryor.
